Will you help if I receive an audit?

How does billing work?
Your credit card is charged each month at the end of your subscription cycle, which is the date you subscribe. If a month has fewer days than your billing cycle date then billing occurs the last day of the month.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime.
How long will it take to set up my HIPAA compliance program?
Initial set up will take approximately 4 hours, but you can save progress and work when it's convenient.

It all started in 2017 when Dr. Jeff Brown was in private practice searching for help with HIPAA compliance. Dr. Brown was disappointed by useless manuals and the high fees consultants were charging.
He then searched for a technology alternative but found software vendors were also charging exorbitant fees. That didn't make sense to Dr. Brown; software is supposed to make time consuming tasks easier, faster, and less expensive!
Dr. Brown decided to fix the problem by building his own HIPAA compliance software service. Fortunately, he has many years of software product management experience and his son, Izaak Brown, is a genius software developer. Together they created the software you see today.
